These Terms govern your use of FreeFun (freefun.social), a free-to-play social casino operated by Velilla Home & Garden ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using FreeFun, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use FreeFun.

1. Entertainment only — no real-money gambling

FreeFun is a social casino provided purely for entertainment. The games do not offer real-money gambling and there is no opportunity to win real money or prizes of any kind. Virtual coins, credits and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged or cashed out, and are licensed to you for use within FreeFun only. FreeFun is free and legal to play in all 50 United States and Washington, D.C.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FreeFun. FreeFun is for entertainment and is not directed at minors. We may ask you to verify your age and may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. Please provide accurate details and keep them up to date. You may not create multiple accounts or use another person's account.

4. In-app purchases

FreeFun is free to play. You may optionally purchase virtual coin packages. Purchases are for virtual items only, confer no real-world value, and are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable app store's policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse FreeFun, including by cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots or automated tools, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or infringing our or others' rights.

6. Intellectual property

FreeFun and its content, games and branding are owned by Velilla Home & Garden or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use FreeFun for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

7. Disclaimers and liability

FreeFun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velilla Home & Garden is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of FreeFun.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or where necessary to protect FreeFun or other players.

9. Governing law
